April Market Update

It's that time again - The Monthly Market Update is here! In April, Sonoma County buyers saw a 1.1% decrease in available listings since March and a 26% decrease in the days that homes spent on the market.
 
Home prices are up 4.9% month over month, indicating a hot summer season to come. We are seeing multiple offers on most properties Sonoma + Marin Counties. With low inventory and lots of buyers in the market, it is important to partner with an experienced agent to successfully navigate this competitive market.
